Hi, I’m Jonathan Evans — a professional photographer based in Tokyo, Japan, with a passion for capturing the raw beauty of nature, adventure, and everyday life across Japan.

Originally from San Francisco Bay Area, I’ve always been drawn to wide open spaces, wild coastlines, and the quiet moments that often go unnoticed. My camera has taken me from snowy mountaintops in Hokkaido to sunrise surf sessions on Japan’s Pacific coast — and everywhere in between.

Whether I’m flying planes, hiking mountain trails, or just chasing light through the streets of Tokyo, I aim to tell honest stories through the lens — stories that connect, inspire, and linger.
